The villa, arranged on one level, consists of 2 bedrooms overlooking the pool, 2 bathrooms, living room with sofa and 50 'TV, open kitchen equipped with all appliances, TV and air conditioning in all rooms and free wi-fi. Double outdoor space: one with pergola, dining area and barbecue and another with a wonderful heated infinity pool (NOT HEATED FROM 01/06 TO 30/09) with waterfall, hydromassage and counter-current swimming, outdoor shower, sitting area and loungers. The space The highlight of Sunset Bay Pool Villa is the wonderful infinity pool which can be reached from both bedrooms. The entrance has a natural slope that reaches a maximum depth of 2 meters where it is possible to operate the counter-current swimming. The internal coating is in mosaic of a particular color that makes the water emerald. The pool is complemented by a 4-station hot tub that joins the pool with a luminous waterfall. At your disposal a comfortable shower and in the sunbathing area two comfortable chaise longs and a sofa positioned under an arbor. The pool water is heated in the months of May and October. In the front courtyard you will find a convivial area characterized by a flowery arbor close to the garden that features citrus trees and different types of ornamental plants. A second relaxation area awaits you under a porch and hidden by a Japanese bamboo screen where a suspended chair and a comfortable sofa are positioned for your evenings in the open air. Here you will also find a barbecue for your grilling. Inside, the villa is furnished in a modern style in shades of white, black and with contrasts of turquoise and rose gold. In the rooms they master the imposing trunks of juniper, typical of Sardinia. The master bedroom has, inside, a comfortable bathroom with shower and is directly communicating with the pool area. The second bedroom has the possibility of being able to join the beds and have a double bed as well as a single bed positioned in the loft and it also overlooks the swimming pool. Guest access The villa is accessed in the paved courtyard in front of it via an electric gate. Here you can park your car or motorbike. In its perimeter there are citrus plants, roses and typical plants of Sardinia. Other things to note THE POOL IS HEATED MECHANICALLY IN THE MONTH OF MAY AND OCTOBER. IN THE MONTHS OF OCTOBER AND MAY THE ISOTHERMAL COVER MUST BE POSITIONED ON THE WATER MIRROR, OTHERWISE THE TEMPERATURE IN THE FOLLOWING DAYS WILL BE MUCH LOWER. THE COUNTRY THAT HOSTS SUNSET BAY POOL VILLA ADOPTS THE SEPARATE COLLECTION OF WASTE "DOOR TO DOOR". THE WASTE THAT IS NOT WITHDRAWAL DURING THE DAYS OF STAY MUST BE DELIVERED TO THE ECOLOGICAL ISLAND NOT FAR AWAY. AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT, NO REFUSAL SHOULD BE PRESENT WITHIN THE PROPERTY.
