It is also for those who want to take in the sights and sounds of the country life and just relax and enjoy for what nature has to offer. There are so many options for whatever you choose to do. This area caters to all your required needs – just no hustle and bustle of city life. Welcome to country living! The space Our tiny house is a lovely studio space of 155 sqft. It offers guests a comfortable stay with its well-equipped kitchenette, complete with a queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom, air-conditioning and heating. Perfect for 2 persons! The kitchenette has everything you need to cook your light meals with. A portable cooker, cookware, cooking utensils, cutlery, dishes & silverware, microwave and even a mini fridge. The portable cooker can be kept in the drawers when not in use to maximize space. Our bathroom facilities follow ecologically sustainable principles, including a water less eco-friendly compost toilet, hand basin and shower (gas heated for hot showers). In Australia's severe climatic challenge of bush fires and drought, we help to save the environment by conserving water using an eco-friendly toilet. Wastes are broken down in the compost toilet via an aerobic decomposition process. It is a waterless system (no need to flush!), whereas a standard dual flush toilet would use up to 350L of water per week. An aeration fan helps in the decomposition process and minimizes odors. Guest access Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings including private access driveway and parking allocated to the tiny house. Guests are not allowed to wander around the host's private residence. Other things to note - Quiet hours 10 pm-7 am - No smoking allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - You may use the log outside as bike stand if you are bringing your bike - Please remember to shut the gates before entering and leaving the property - Tiny home is positioned 100 meters from main home and backs onto netted orchard and shedding - Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving the house Horses Policy - Any damage done by horses shall be payable by the horse owner - Horse owners are advised to follow the house rules discussed with land host - Horse owners are respnsible of cleaning and picking up after their horses manure - Horse stay is at $30 per horse per night. There is a fully fenced paddock with water troughs available - Horse owner is to check the paddock and take full responsibility for any damage caused by their horse, excluding the property owner from any claims or damage to themselves or horse whilst using the paddock Important note: - Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during the fire season - Dropping cigarette butts on dry grass can start a bushfire.
