Almost next to the Olympic Park, Jeunesse Arena, Rio Centro. In front, there is a market, pharmacy, cafeterias, 24-hour Bank. The Pedro Correia BRT Bus Station is on the corner and allows you to reach the Jardim Oceânico metro station, which leads to the South Zone (Leblon, Ipanema, Copacabana…) The space The apartment is spacious and has all the amenities. There is a very large balcony with a sofa and armchairs that allows you to enjoy the pool area and is good for having a drink with snacks at night. The sun is in the morning, which makes the balcony pleasant from the beginning of the afternoon. The bedroom closets are spacious and are all available for use. All appliances are new. You can change the sheets and towels if you need to. It has cabinets available, new household appliances (glasses for spirits, wine glasses, Japanese food set, pots, dishes, molds, cutlery). Small pets are allowed, as long as you inform us before booking. Guest access The apartment will be fully available, except for one room where I leave my things, so it is closed. The condominium has several spaces for common use. There are office spaces, reading, a game room, and a space for children. Use of the swimming pool is only possible with a medical certificate and accompanied by a resident. Other things to note For check-in, guests' IDs must be sent 24 hours before arrival on weekdays, and for arrivals on Sundays and holidays, IDs must be sent 48 hours in advance. It's important to be aware of quiet hours after 10 p.m. Avoid dragging furniture and chairs, listening to loud music. Hanging items on the balcony and receiving visitors is not allowed.
