Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Nestled in quiet Little Grove across from Albany, on the Royal Princess Harbour, Sunrise House is right on the waterfront, making it the ideal location for tourists wishing to explore Albany and its surrounding areas, or to attend an event in Albany. Sunrise House is close to many of Albany's key attractions, e.g. the Albany Entertainment Centre, natural attractions, and beaches. You will love Sunrise House! PS Be sure to pack your binoculars! The space Sunrise House is spacious and provides accommodation for up to 9 guests. A portacot for an infant is also available on request. The 2 long single beds in Bedroom 3 can be made into a King size bed for a couple. An enclosed courtyard with gas BBQ provides access to the fully fenced backyard with its beautiful garden and lush lawn. At the front, a covered verandah allows guests to breathe the fresh air and take in the sunrise views and the ever changing water views. Winter stays include a complimentary load of firewood. More firewood can be supplied at a small additional cost. Guest access Sunrise House provides undercover secure parking on the property. Ample parking is provided on paved areas. Other things to note Rather than charge our guests full occupancy rates, we base our charges on actual occupancy and bedroom use. We do this to keep our pricing down for guests, so that they only pay for what they use. The base price includes 2 adult guests sharing the master bedroom. Should 2 adult guests be travelling as singles and require separate bedrooms, please contact us to arrange additional bedding requirements prior to arrival. We would be more than happy to accommodate your requests. Please note, small additional charges will apply when utilising additional bedding. Albany is a waste conscious city and provides for the council collection of rubbish, recycling and green waste (including compost). A crate is provided for any 10 cent containers our guests wish to dispose of.. Supermarkets are found in the CBD and surrounding suburbs, and a well-stocked general store where liquor and fuel is also sold, is 2 minutes down the road from Sunrise House.
