Recently designed and refurbished specifically with our guests in mind, our 2 bedroom luxury house, offers a quirky but practical stay whether you are a family with children or a group of friends looking to enjoy the delights that Margate can offer. The house offers the perfect getaway if you are looking for a summer seaside break or wanting to explore Margate's galleries and fantastic bars and restaurants in the cooler month's-Margate has so much to offer whatever the time of year! The space Stylish and modern house with two bedrooms located on the first floor. Original brick wall in spacious living room, beautifully furnished with a double sofa bed, smart TV , a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a luxury bathroom with a bath and shower and heated towel rail and two beautifully furnished double bedrooms including smart TV's in each. Netflix is available on all TV’s. House Offers; Open plan Living Room Kitchen/Diner Bathroom with bath and shower Two Double bedrooms; Bedroom 1 - King size OR two single beds dependent on your needs Bedroom 2- Double Bed Double sofa bed in Living room Private garden area with large picnic bench and BBQ Wifi Private parking as well as free on street parking Guest access Whole of the property, with the exception of the locked cleaning cupboard. Other things to note Dogs We allow medium sized dogs at our property. We kindly ask guests to not allow their dog on the furniture or beds due to potential allergies of future guests. We also ask that any dog mess it cleaned up from the garden before you check out. If you would like to bring a dog, please mention this upon booking as there will be an additional fee of £40 per dog (maximum of 2 dogs.) If you require the king bed to be split into singles or use of the sofa bed, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice
