There is a $20 per person ski shuttle to purgatory on weekends - tickets must be purchased in advance and the pick-up location is in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot. LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events. GOOD TO KNOW: This property has Air Conditioning! Coin laundry in your building. Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets. No smoking / vaping of any kind is allowed Trailers are discouraged as there is very limited, designated space to park trailers - if you plan to bring one, please inquire first. AWD or 4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
