The flat is located in a charming period building in Art Nouveau style, in the historic center, and boasts an enviable view of the terraces, bell towers and domes of the old city. We are very close to all the main points of interest and monuments, 150 meters from the sea and 9 minutes from Villa Regina Margherita. The railway station is only 12 minutes away on foot! The space The 136 sqm apartment is located on the third floor of a building without elevator: it is therefore necessary to climb the stairs to access it. The interior space is composed as follows: - Entrance/living area with single sofa bed, desk and ceiling fan - Kitchen equipped with gas hob, fridge, kettle, freezer, electric moka, blender, toaster, little electric oven combined with microwave - Living room with sofa, TV and split AC - Bedroom I with queen bed, wardrobe, walk-in closet, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and bathtub with shower wall (an internal step should be noted) - Bedroom II with queen bed, wardrobe and ceiling fan - External toilet to the rooms with wc, bidet and shower. Further facilities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, one portable fan, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). ATTENTION: the flat is located in the ZTL and in the pedestrian area, therefore it cannot be reached by car. Guest access The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Trapani, equal to €3,00 per person per night of stay (5 nights maximum). We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings. Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Trapani Climatic Zone B: 7 hours a day from December 8th to March 23rd.
