Maple House is a luxury, newly built, Cotswold holiday rental in the heart of the village of Ebrington, with 5-bedrooms (sleeps 9), 4.5-bathrooms, hot tub, garden, patio, BBQ, and unlimited parking. The house is dog- and child-friendly and has ground floor bedrooms for guests with limited mobility. Just a stone’s throw from the village’s award-winning pub and two farm shops, and with fabulous countryside walking from the front door – maps provided. 6.5 miles from Moreton-in-Marsh train station. The space As you drive up to Maple House, you’ll instantly feel the attention to detail that the owner has paid to the immediate surrounding, with its new planting and an immaculate driveway sweeping up to the house and the parking area. Beautiful, newly laid, dry stone walls surround the house, patio and garden where there are far-reaching views out over the surrounding Cotswold countryside. Maple House’s two neighbouring properties - Poplar House (sleeps 8) and Rowan House (sleeps 8) - are also luxury holiday lets, and available to book via Bolthole Retreats. Maple House has a patio directly outside the Living Room, which wraps around the side of the house to a small lawn and stepping stone path that leads to the hot tub. Steps descend from the patio to a gate, which opens to the private parking area. (Further parking is also available in the adjacent village car park.) Inside, you’ll immediately feel the luxury and high specifications that run through this newly built home, starting with the calming greys, ivory and white colour scheme, engineered oak flooring downstairs and silver-grey, deep-pile carpet upstairs. Everything from the fully equipped, spacious kitchen-diner to the convivial living room and the fabulous ensuite bedrooms exude good taste, comfort and a dash of opulence. On the ground floor are two bedrooms (one king-size (can be twin) with ensuite and one single), while upstairs are three double rooms (2 ensuite) and a family bathroom. It is the policy of this property not to take bookings for groups where the majority of guests are under the age of 25, or single-sex group celebrations, including stag/hen parties. This property is ideal for family groups. Please note that additional guests above the maximum capacity are not permitted. 2 well-behaved dog/s are welcome for an additional fee of £45 per dog. This fee is not included in the rental price. Please advise us at the time of booking if you are bringing a dog/s and you will be sent a request for the additional fee. Hot tub: the use of the hot tub is restricted to the hours of 8 am to 8 pm. For Health & Safety reasons the water in the hot tub will be changed after every group's departure, which may be on the morning of your day of arrival. The hot tub needs 12 hours to reach its optimum temperature and therefore may not have reached that by the time you arrive. We apologise in advance for this and hope you understand the importance of maintaining the cleanliness of the hot tub for your personal wellbeing.
