Beachfront living in a villa with a private pool !

House is modern and tastefully decorated with secluded garden, palm trees, own pool and outside shower. Terraces are both upstairs and downstairs with sun beds, chairs&sofa bed. In the area there is a big pool area with a pool for children divided as well as a lunch restaurant during the high season.5 km long beach is just outside the safeguarded area with many restaurants and services like bakery, massage, tailor and Bangkok hospital clinic. Wonderful surroundings for your wonderful holiday ! The space Three bedrooms will make the possibility for two families to have a holiday together. Third bedroom has a drawer bed so it is ideal for children or one adult. All bedrooms as well the living room / kitchen area downstairs have an air conditioner. Private pool -like the big pool as well- is cleaned not with chlorine; Pure pool is used for pool cleaning, so it is safe also for children to swim. All rooms have mosquito nets. Kitchen has fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven with ceramic plates, espresso maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, citrus presser...and safe for your valuables. 42"tv, DVD and ADSL connection and Wi-Fi are for free available. There are some DVD´s and a small library and games for your enjoyment. Water is included in the rental price but electricity is paid by guest when leaving. When house is booked and early arrival or late leaving is wished and other bookings allow that, customers will get those without extra price! I am always flexible when it comes to customers needs whenever possible! Other things to note Because there are less visitors at them moment due the Corona, the restaurant by the pool may be closed -but there are many more restaurants nearby.
