This fully and newly renovated 70m2 apartment (07/2019)-with a fully equiped office area, including conference room and high speed fiber internet connection- is located in the 3rd floor of a well maintained building in Kolonaki , which is a well known vibrant area in the heart of the center of Athens, surrounded by restaurants, bars, coffee shops, banks, metro/bus station. The space Εspecially in these difficult times of a pandemic, where distance work has become a prerequisite and a necessity, our space allows you to work seamlessly in a professional environment and at the same time have your rest and leisure areas available and separate at any time you select. Office and meeting rooms can be easily separated from the living room, the bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom. If you are traveling with a family while you are working, the family can be in other places without being distracted from your work and at the same time they are not limited. There is a high speed fiber internet connection that allows you to have uninterrupted video conferencing , streaming or uploading. Our apprartment is comfortable, cozy,spacious and can host up to 4 persons. Ideal for families, couples, group of friends and business travellers. It has 1 living room with sofa bed(double), 1 fully equiped office(that can be isolated from the rest appartment), 1 big dining room with a large dining table which can also be used as a conference room, 1 bedroom with flat tv screen and a king size bed (linen,pillows etc provided),1 bathroom where you can find towels, shampoo , hair dryer and washing machine, 1 fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a microwave oven .All the basic utensiles for cooking and having breakfast (filter and espresso coffee machines, toaster, pots, dishes , spoons etc) are included. It has also a balcony with chairs, where you can enjoy your breakfast or coffee. We also provide you with an ironing board and an iron, in case you might need to refresh your clothes. There are eight steps on the entrance of the building. *The office can be offered with an extra charge of 10euros/day upon request , and free of charge for stays more than 30days. Guest access The guests have full access to all the spaces of the apartment, except the space of the office as it s mentioned above.
