The home is furnished perfectly for a group to cook dinner, BBQ on the back deck, or relax in the living room to catch up on TV shows or watch a movie. Wireless wifi is also available. "Dependent on the weather, snow removal crews start as early as 3 am after large storms to ensure roads are cleared in a timely manner for owners and visitors." All three bedrooms are located upstairs. The master suite includes a walk out deck to enjoy the creek views, ample closet space, and a huge ensuite bath with a soaker tub and walk in shower. Two private guest bedrooms share a second bath with an additional downstairs half bath for guests. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom will sleep 4, a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and twin on top, and an additional twin bed. We understand that plans may change, which is why we offer a full refund of bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the reservation. Bookings canceled at least 7 days of the stay will receive a 50% refund. For stays of 29 nights or more, an additional insurance fee will apply.
