Casa Eva is an Old Venetian House which has been rebuilt in 2021. It is a luxurious, modernly decorated and fully equipped house . It is located in a charming neighborhood,on a very quiet pedestrian street in the heart of the old town, only 2 min walking from the Venetian Harbour and the city center. The space Casa Eva has been built in a traditional style which combines stone with wood. The house provides all the comforts to ensure a memorable stay. It is ideal for couples travelling together or friends with a maximum capacity of 6 persons. The house has three floors connected by stairs. The ground floor includes a living room with a sofa bed for two persons , a bathroom and an open plan, fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and appliances needed.( Oven. dish washer, microoven, coffee maker, kettle ) In the room there is a 55"satellite tv. On the first floor there is a spacous bedroom with a queen size bed , a satellite tv 50 " and an ensuite bathroom . On the third floor there is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a satellite tv 43", a bathroom and a spacous terrace where you can dine and relax while enjoying the view of Old Town.
