The cottage is rated 4 stars for 8 to 12 people, ideal for 8 adults and 4 children. Our holiday home is located in the heart of the Alsace wine region, next to Colmar, Kaysersberg, Riquewihr and Bergheim. Ideal for discovering the Wine Route and Christmas markets! The house has been completely renovated with eco-friendly and high-performance materials. Private pool heated in summer and Nordic bath with air jets at your disposal. The space The house has exterior insulation in wool and wood fiber. It is therefore very well insulated in winter and remains cool in summer (provided you close the windows and solar shutters of the skylights...) A double flow VMC ensures filtering and permanent renewal of the air. The bedrooms and suites each have their own large bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The new bedding is the same as that found in 4* hotels. Each room has a large-format TV with French, German and Netflix channels. All linens, sheets etc. are provided. The beds are made on arrival. The pool and spa area has a terrace with a large outdoor table, barbecue and many umbrellas and deckchairs. Guest access The house, pool area and Nordic bath/spa are fully reserved for you and for private use. Other things to note The accommodation is non-smoking. We cannot accept pets.
