New furniture throughout to include, bedroom sets in both bedrooms, twin beds for the den, dining room set, entertainment cabinet, end table, and ottoman for the living room. Installed a larger smart TV in the living room and a smart TV in the den. And lastly, a new washer & dryer in the laundry room. THINGS TO KNOW Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Indoor pool hours may vary in the off-season This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience. The den is open without a partition or wall. DEN HAS A SMART TV WITH NO CABLE SERVICE. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
