You will feel right at home in this bright, family-friendly home that has been completely renovated and is a perfect spot for a Tybee Island getaway. The raised cottage offers an open plan living, kitchen, and dining areas that are bright and welcoming with a sleeper sofa, a large Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 with additional table seating for 2 in the kitchen. The second floor is home to 2 bedrooms and two shared bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a King-size bed, Bedroom 2 is furnished with a Queen bed, and both have smart TVs. One shared bathroom features a shower-tub combination. The brand-new bathroom features a walk-in shower and dual sink. The third bedroom is on the ground floor, with a private entrance through the screened porch. This bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle to sleep up to 2, and a Smart TV. There is a bonus sitting room next door, for expanded seating for the downstairs guests. The screened porch is a great gathering space that is perfect for dining and entertaining, with a gas grill for cook-outs, and a great dining table that seats 6 and a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use. The backyard is fully fenced and includes a fire pit to gather around for evening enjoyment. There is off-street parking for 4 vehicles. MINIMUM NIGHT REQUIREMENTS: Minimum night requirements vary by property, dates of stay, and usually become more lenient for last-minute bookings. PETS: This home is pet-friendly for up to two (2) adult dogs with approval. Cats are not allowed in any TVR property. Please Note: Tybee City ordinance does not allow dogs on any Tybee Island beaches. EXTENDED STAY RENTALS (26+ NIGHTS): All stays require a refundable security deposit to be paid, the amount is included in your online quote. A monthly electrical allowance is assigned according to the bedroom size of the property and has been chosen as this amount should not be exceeded with reasonable usage at the property.
