You will receive 4 parking passes to park in the lot of Lakeland Village, only 2 Parking Passes during summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day. - Exceeding occupancy, parking, or violating the quiet hours will result in eviction and fines of $2000 or more. - Check out time is 10:00am, you will be charged an additional fee if you do not vacate the home by this time.
