There is nothing like a long-awaited vacation to fresh air and seclusion with loved ones, and this retreat is just the place to kick your feet up and take a deep breath. Boasting lake views from nearly every room, the wraparound deck, and the spacious patio, you can enjoy the calm water from wherever you choose to relax. Take your morning cup of coffee out to the edge of the water and listen to the birds sing in the trees. When everyone wakes up, the chef of the group will love cooking hearty breakfasts in the fully equipped kitchen. In warmer times of the year, head outside and take advantage of the canoe to spend an afternoon on the water! When the sun begins to dip toward the treeline, fire up the gas grill and enjoy a cold drink on the deck for a cookout with the whole group! When the stars come out, the ping-pong/pool table is waiting for some friendly competition and the flatscreen TV is ready for a movie night!

Although you will have your own private paradise here, venturing out can provide days full of fun as well. Lake Coeur d'Alene offers unlimited hiking, fishing, boating, biking, and swimming opportunities, so the outdoorsy groups will love this area! If you want to explore the city life a bit, make the day trip to Coeur d'Alene and meander along the adorable streets that are home to ample local boutiques and restaurants 22 miles away. Plus, Coeur d'Alene Casino and Raven Golf Course are also close by for even more fun.

This is a family-friendly home. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m

Parking notes: Parking at base of deep gravel driveway. Exit driveway slowly so as not to churn up gravel and create ruts. No parking outside of driveway area above or surrounding home entrance. Allowed parking for 1 boat & 1 trailer

Dock details: Seasonal Dock availability. Memorial Day through Labor Day. Dock is not at the house in early spring and fall.

Owner keeps their boat in slip. Guests may tie up their boat on edges of dock.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
