Unfortunately, this home is NOT pet friendly, and we cannot make exceptions.   We do comply with requirements for service animals; however, please note that the ADA does not consider Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) the same as Service Animals, and therefore ESAs are not covered under the same rules and are not allowed at this property.   What about early check-ins and late checkouts?  We understand you want to maximize your time in Greenville, so we offer early check-in and late checkout options. NOTE: There is a small fee for this service. Standard check-in is 4:00 PM; early check-in is 1:00 PM. Standard check-out is 10:00 AM; late checkout is noon. All requests must be made ahead of time.   Do you allow long-term or frequent stays? Long-term stays are welcome! For stays over 14 days, we require a refundable security deposit. Deposit information is below:   14 to 30-day stays: $500.00 30-day stays and over: $1000.00   What if I come to Greenville often?   We love repeat travelers, and we offer seasonal discounts to repeat travelers only. Make sure you sign up for our newsletter, and you will get notifications throughout the year tailored to YOU!   What are your cleaning practices (and fees)?  Some guests have asked why our cleaning fees seem slightly higher than other rental companies. It's a fair question, and here's our honest answer: When it comes to guest safety, we will never cut corners. Some hotel cleaning staffs spend 20 minutes (at most) tidying up a room. Other rental companies charge less—and do a whole lot less cleaning! Not us. We will always go the extra mile. Sometimes, it takes our staff eight hours to properly clean and disinfect a 1-bedroom house and to commercially clean all towels and linens. Bottom line? We only charge for the necessary cleaning to ensure your safety and comfort. We inspect all properties within 24 hours of arrival. Please note that while we take great care to maintain our patios and outdoor spaces for your enjoyment, the weather in Greenville can be unpredictable. During winter months, the patios and outdoor spaces may not be as well-maintained as we would like due to inclement weather such as rain, wind, and cold temperatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.   What are StayGVL's office hours?  As a professional property management company, our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You can easily reach us by email or phone. In the case of guest emergencies, we're available to you 24/7.   What do I need to do after booking? All guests must sign (electronically) a Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) with our company after booking. This is an insurance and state requirement, and the VRA is a reiteration of the Terms and Conditions listed in our House Rules that you agree to when booking. We require this signed agreement whether you book directly with us or through an online travel agency like Airbnb, VRBO, etc.   As a guest, you have the flexibility of a coded smart lock to check in when it's convenient for you, anytime after check-in time. We respect your privacy; we will not come to the property during your stay unless you want us to or we must address an issue.   Any other questions? Let us know! Guests will have access to a majority of the house except two locked closets on the main and lower floor where the owners have personal items. Any locked rooms are off limits. There are also two outbuildings on the property that are off limits to guests. We are a property management company that is available Monday - Friday 9 AM - 5PM, and 24/7 for guest emergencies. As a guest, you have the flexibility of a coded lock to check in when it`s convenient for you—even after the check-in times. Or, if you desire, we can come by to meet and greet you. But we want to respect your privacy and also adhere to COVID-19 protocols. In short, we will not come to the property during your stay unless you want us to, or it is necessary for us to address an issue. This property is located on 5 private acres off of Piney Mountain Drive. It is located just North of Downtown by 4 miles. You could be downtown in 7-10 minutes depending on where you want to be downtown. It is a $5 uber ride to NOMA square. In order to comply with our insurance requirements, we require guests to sign a vacation rental agreement AFTER booking. Look for email which includes a link to this document. Don`t see the email? Double Check Spam Folders! After the agreement is signed, you will receive all necessary instructions for your reserved home! Pet fees are NOT included in Airbnb Reservations (due to Airbnb software limitations) so we collect Daily Pet Fees AFTER booking is confirmed (for pet-friendly properties). If guests are bringing pets, they MUST let us know so we can send the pet fee and deposit request. Fees must be paid in order to receive access codes and instructions. We understand things may be overlooked, but we may have to charge penalties for Guests who do not let us know they are bringing a pet. All renters are responsible for any intentional damages or theft at our rental properties.  Additional charges may apply for items such as abuse, damage above normal wear & tear, pet damage, theft and additional cleaning costs when necessary.  What if I need to change my reservation?- If a guest would like to change a home due to a variety of reasons (home does not suit needs, guest does not like location), we will attempt to alter reservation to another home to ensure guest satisfaction. Prices per home vary and guest will have to agree to the new rate prior to being moved. Guest will have to pay cleaning fees per home and applicable pet fees per home.  What about cancellations? With COVID, cancellations can happen and we want to try to work with guests. Airbnb only allows us a set cancellation policy which we set as Strict. Although we don`t allow for immediate reimbursements, we will offer a credit for a future stay if the property is able to be rebooked for your dates!
