Family friendly resort, private hot tub, lake view

Located in Terra Verde, a quiet gated community which combines resort amenities with closeness to Disney and Universal. Our townhouse has a hot tub, a view of the pond (complete with ducks) and is a short walk to the playground, and heated pool. For an authentic experience take an afternoon to visit nearby Shingle Creek Regional Park with historic homes and canoe to the head of the Everglades. The space Highlights of Terra Verde include a Mediterranean feel gated vacation community with a 24 hour gate guard. You can relax with a walk around the lakes, a swim in the heated outdoor pool, play basketball, volleyball or mini golf or let the kids play on the playground or wade in the pool. There is also an indoor exercise room, games room, and sauna. Our townhouse is well equipped with its own hot tub and barbecue and has a private patio where you can sit out and watch the lake. We are fully equipped for up to 8 guests including extra towels for the pool. To make your stay more comfortable and our house more ecofriendly we have installed heat blocking window film and better insulation. Fans in all rooms also complement the AC. We have 24 hour access and a property manager who have an onsite office. Guest access The community center, pool, tennis court and other amenities are open to all guests and there is no resort fee but there is a one time $25 charge per vehicle for an access card. Other things to note We offer proximity to the major resorts, a lake view, and many amenities so that you can simply relax and enjoy the day without leaving our gated community. Please note there is a one time fee of $25/vehicle, payable at the resort. This pays for a vehicle access card and allows you to park for the duration of your stay.
