VILLA MAGNIFICA Oceanfront Home with Pool, Hot Tub

Gorgeous Mid-Century Modern 4000 sq. foot oceanfront home with complete furnishings, 500-thread count sheets, and WiFi throughout. Three HDTVs in the Living Room, Den, and Master as well as 5 more HDTVs in all other bedrooms all enjoy premium cable TV. The pool house has a shower/changing area as well as a 6th bathroom. No events or parties are allowed. Spacious entertainment area, swimming pool & raised Hot tub. Comfortable outside living & two Oceanfront decks make for a great vacation. The space Watch the spectacular annual migration of the California Gray Whale from your oceanfront living room, den, kitchen, and bedroom of Villa Magnifica. The entire family will love viewing the whales' migratory trip past Point Loma as they travel to Baja California. All six bedrooms as well as the den/7th bedroom and the living room enjoy generous proportions. The den can act as a 7th bedroom, containing a queen sofa sleeper. The 4000-square-foot home is big enough to enable family reunion and corporate retreat groups to enjoy unfettered access to their sleeping accommodations without bumping into the others in your group who are spread throughout the rest of the house. The oversized 6th bedroom has two queen beds plus a sitting area with HDTV and an ensuite 6th bathroom. Coffee Center Features Keurig and Drip Coffee makers with K-cups and Filters Villa Magnifica faces west with a straight-on white water view of the magnificent Pacific Ocean. The 20-foot-high cathedral ceilings are graced with walls of glass that frame the beautiful sunsets each evening. The living room, den, and dining room are spacious for large groups and afford unparalleled whitewater views of the Pacific Ocean. Beyond the sitting area in the rear yard are the large swimming pool and the 7-person Hot Tub with waterfall. Private Swimming Pool and Hot Tub--Optional pool/hot tub heat is $99 per night with a minimum number of nights equal to the greater of 4 nights or the length of your stay less one day. (A 7-night stay will have a minimum optional pool/hot tub heating fee of 6 nights X $99 = $594). Optional pool/hot tub heat at the rate of $99 per day is necessary to heat the in-ground hot tubs for those in-ground pools which have in-ground hot tubs attached to the swimming pools as is the case at Villa Sunset Modern and Villa Magnifica--as the swimming pool and the hot tub are on the same plumbing and heating system. At our other homes that have above-ground self-contained spas that are not attached to swimming pools like Cabo Hermosa and Villa Bermuda Beach there is no charge for heating the above ground hot tub at either home. Likewise, our Villa Mar Vista home has no charge for heating the above-ground self-contained hot tub as the $99 per day optional pool heat fee at Villa Mar Vista only heats the in-ground pool. So, if you desire free hot tub heating, please choose our homes with an above ground self-contained hot tub which is our Villa Mar Vista home, our Villa Bermuda Beach and our Cabo Hermosa homes. RENTAL RATES AND FEES: All quoted Rental Rates are for rental groups of up to 14 persons (counting all adults, children, and infants). For rental groups in excess of 14 persons, there is a per person charge of $70 per person per night applicable to guests number fifteen & sixteen for each night of the reservation. For example, if the rental rate is $1500 per night with a 4-night minimum then a group of 16 persons would have a rental rate of $6000 for the first 14 guests plus $280 for the 15th guest and $280 for the 16th guest for a total rental amount before taxes of $6560 for 4 nights. As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping outside noise to a minimum during quiet hours (8 pm - 9 am), and following shelter-in-place guidelines. Excessive noise or partying will not be tolerated, and we have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue. No RVs, trailers, oversized or commercial vehicles allowed. **WE DO NOT ALLOW WEDDINGS/EVENTS/PARTIES AT THIS PROPERTY ** Guest access Villa Magnifica has everything a destination vacation should have to relax and enjoy all the amenities of the house - a backyard with floaties and pool toys for the pool and hot tub. Other things to note FAQs 1. I see you have a 4:00 pm check in time. Is it possible for me to get early check in? A. Early check in is not always available. If the house is booked the night before you arrive, that means that there is a group leaving that morning at the 10:00 check out time and our cleaning crew starts working. Our cleaning crews are using the full 6 hours between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm to clean the house, particularly with Covid protocols. Even if there is no group using the house the night before your arrival, that does not mean that early check in is available. We manage several houses and have cleaning crews working at different properties at different times, there may be maintenance being performed, etc. If early check in is available, the fees are as follows: 10:00 am - $450 11:00 AM - $375 12:00 PM -- $300 1:00 PM -- $225 2:00 PM -- $150 3:00 PM -- $75 Please contact us after you make your reservation to inquire as to whether we are able to accommodate an early check in. 2. Even if a group is not arriving that day, late check out may not be available for a number of other reasons. We welcome people to share this home and to experience the fantastic location and views as well as the neighborhood and larger community. You should know that we are very serious about quiet hours (which includes use of the pool and hot tub) and respecting the quiet and peaceful ambience of the residential neighborhood. Please do not book this home if you are expecting to party late or loud. Quiet hours as well as excessive noise or disruption rules are enforced at all times.
