The Artist's Loft is a private open concept 1 bedroom apartment with queen size bed and comfortable deep couch in the living room and a twin size daybed to sleep up to 4 adult guests. I lovely reading corner with full library has recently been added. But, with modern conveniences like a Keurig machine, microwave, new smart flat screen tv with premium channels, gas fireplace, shower in the claw-foot tub, and of course, a luxurious bed and linens. Guest access House rules - Must be able to climb a fairly steep flight of stairs to get to The Artist's Loft - Please, no large groups or parties - shared hallway with The Peacock Loft at 123. - You use an electronic keypad for check-in...code will be sent to you the day of check-in -Please make sure to lock the apartment using the keypad when you leave as well. -Access the Artist's Loft by ascending the metal fire escape-style stairs on the south side of the building - Parking is free on the street. - Please do your own dishes before you check-out. Also, we ask respectfully that no bacon, sausage, or other pungent foods be cooked on the stovetop (oven would be fine) as there is no range hood in the Artist Loft kitchen. - Please do not let pets on the furniture or beds Other things to note During the months of November through April, street parking overnight (on Washington) is not allowed, but, please park in the back of the Building in our gravel space behind because we own that property. But, feel free to park on the street level during the day and evening. Please make sure to lock the apartment and outside building when you leave. Please do not take any items from the Loft. Feel free to use the patio s (3) in the walkout garden level of the building for your relaxation and enjoyment. Patios and gardens are adjacent to other apartments and are closed from midnight until 8:00 am Please do your dishes before leaving. Also, if you have used the fireplace, please make sure it is off before leaving the Loft and before going to bed. Thanks! Pets are welcome but we do charge an extra $35 a night, limit one pet. Pets should never be left alone in the apartment.
