Tap the touch bar again to confirm your selection. 🔥 Fireplace Lighting Instructions Please read carefully before operating the fireplace. Before Lighting: Set the thermostat to the lowest setting (if applicable). Turn off the blower/fan (if applicable). Push the gas control knob in slightly, then turn it clockwise to “OFF.” Note: The knob must be pushed in slightly to turn. Never force it. Wait 5 minutes to allow any residual gas to clear. If you smell gas, do not proceed. Leave the space and contact your service provider immediately. To Light the Pilot: 5. Turn the knob counterclockwise to “PILOT.” 6. Press and hold the knob in, then press the igniter button repeatedly until the pilot flame lights. If the pilot does not light within 15 seconds, release the knob and wait before trying again. Once lit, continue holding the knob in for 30 seconds, then release. If the pilot goes out, repeat the process. If the knob doesn’t pop up or the pilot won’t stay lit after several tries, turn the knob to “OFF” and contact your gas service technician. Once the Pilot is Lit: 8. Turn the control knob counterclockwise to “ON.” 9. Turn the blower/fan back on (if applicable). 10. Set the thermostat to your desired temperature or use the rocker switch/remote to operate the main burner.
