Housecleaning We’ve decided the best way forward is with an abundance of caution. We’re treating every post-guest check-out with a 7SVR Disinfection Checklist. We use chemicals the EPA has identified for disinfecting. In practice, what this means is that your properties will not only be cleaned, but the bathroom and kitchen will be completely disinfected. All high “touch points” will also be disinfected, including light switches and lamps, doorknobs and handles, keypads/keys, tabletops, cabinet and dresser knobs and drawer pulls, and all electronics and appliances. 2. Laundry Service We’ve decided to laundry linens and soft goods (shams, throw pillow covers) with each check-out. This is another precautionary measure that gives renters assurance they are renting a stay safe vacation rental. ABOUT THE PRIMARY LIVING AREA: The primary living area is on the third level.
