Villa Z at Sandpoint is THE place to stay for your next family reunion, retreat or larger group. This exceptional waterfront estate unites grand, contemporary architecture with equally stunning furnishings and art, into a 8,500 sq. ft. home on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille.  Located just 3 miles from downtown Sandpoint, Villa Z resides on nearly 3 acres of cedar and pine trees and includes:  manicured grounds, 156 feet of flat waterfront, a private sandy beach, dedicated dock with boat lift, fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks AND a hot tub.  Breathe easy with the new state-of-the-art HEPA filtration system that has been installed to remove bacteria and viruses from the air throughout the home, for added protection. This luxuriously renovated home has 7 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a gourmet kitchen, sunken bar, pool table, including a NEW  'Z Zone' (a massive bunk & entertainment room with 3 Queens, 3 XL bunks - all with cubbies & charging ports for those tech savvy teens), and a 75” HD Smart TV — creating a zone that families, friends, kids/cousins/grandkids will all love! Villa Z is unique in size, design, privacy and amenities. However it is not an event venue, so please no wedding or large reception requests. In addition, absolutely **no pets** at the owners have serious & significant allergies.  CCTV exterior security cameras are in place. **NOTE:  Each year, on September 18th OR the 3rd Sunday in September (whichever is later), the Army Corps of Engineers begins dropping the water level of Lake Pend Oreille until ultimately reducing it by a total of 10-12 feet.  Around the 4th week in September ALL boat docks and boat lifts on the lake become inaccessible and unusable, as the water completely recedes back from the shoreline leaving just bare ground beneath the docks.  The agreement with the Army Corps of Engineers states the lake level must be restored to full pool level each year no later than July 4th, however, the last 10+ years the lake water has been at full pool level around the 2nd or 3rd week in June. Located less than 2 miles down Lakeshore Drive, this estate is on 3 acres of flat waterfront with privacy, huge beach and ample parking. We recommend either renting a car or a bike to get around. Lakeshore drive requires you to cross long bridge before you can get into downtown Sandpoint. Once we receive your reservation we will send you a vacation rental lease agreement via email.
