Down a hallway from the front entry is the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The kitchen has granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless steel appliances. There are 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a 36-inch flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, sofa sleeper, and views of the mountains. This area also has a dining table that seats 4 and access to the large deck with Mt views, gas grill, table, and chairs for enjoying the outdoors. You will find the second bedroom off the living area with a Queen bed and access to a hallway bath with a single vanity and sunken bathtub with shower. This condo gets great light with large windows in the living area and bedrooms. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located near the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and overflow parking outside the complex. Please Note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property.
