Maintaining the privacy of a Tuscany hilltop home, each bedroom is tastefully appointed and newly furnished. One bedroom, which opens onto a separate balcony, has a king bed and an accompanying bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and single bed with an adjoining bathroom. There is a large kitchen with an ample island for eating and visiting and sliding doors that open onto a lovely deck. There are 2 living rooms, one with a new queen size pullout sofa. This home has 2 large decks with comfortable patio furniture on each with areas for relaxing, barbecuing, and eating while enjoying the spectacular views. New gas appliances, adorable bathrooms, hardwood floors, and walkways with Catalina tiles will make your stay in Catalina the most memorable vacation you could ever have!(It's absolutely worth every one of the 48 steps up to the property.) Bedroom floors have carpet, bathroom floors are tile, remaining floors are hardwood with area rugs. This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). The guest/tenant is required to submit a signed rental agreement(s) within 48 hours of an accepted Airbnb reservation. - Responsible party (YOU) must be 21 years or older per city laws to sign the rental agreement. Failure to submit this signed agreement within 48 hours will result in a cancellation of the reservation. - The city of Avalon has set the maximum occupancy to 2 people per bedroom PLUS an additional 2. TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RENTAL: - Violation of any rules/ordinances listed below may result in fine(s) and/or immediate eviction. Renter agrees that any such fines will be charged to the credit card on file: -All cancellations subject to a $75 cancellation fee regardless of time frame. - No house parties: An unauthorized party or event at the property will lead to your immediate removal from the property. The city of Avalon has strict vacation rental ordinances regarding parties and any violation can result in fines up to $2,000. Your cooperation is appreciated. - No outdoor music allowed at any volume at any time of day (This includes any music, at any volume, on any device such as a cell phone) any indoor music which can be heard from the street OR from the neighboring property is prohibited. - No smoking indoors. Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere inside the house. If smoking outside, please make sure to use an ashtray and collect all cigarette litter. - Occupants must not exceed the number of people advertised. (Per city law) - GOLF CARTS: Not all properties offer a golf cart. Drivers must be 21 years of age with a valid driver's license. If the use of golf cart is abused or the rules violated, you will forfeit the use of the golf cart for the rest of your stay. Fines also may be assessed against your credit card or security deposit. - Please do not place hot or wet plates or cups directly on furniture, use coasters. HOUSEKEEPING & MAINTENANCE: - Guest/Tenant must notify upon check-in or within 24 hours of any housekeeping complaint or property maintenance issue. - Please DO NOT attempt to fix anything yourself. Call us immediately if maintenance is needed. Broken/Missing items: we much prefer that you report to us any items broken or missing upon your departure. We understand that accidents happen and would appreciate your honest cooperation if something went wrong while at the house. BEFORE YOU LEAVE CHECKLIST: - ALL trash should be tied in garbage bags and put in your trash receptacle outside of the building prior to departure. Excessive trash left at the property may incur extra charges. - Dishes – Please clean and put away all dishes and cookware. If the home has a barbecue grill, please clean it after use. Please clean up any obvious messes. Additional cleaning fees may be incurred if the property is left in disarray. - Please do not re-arrange the house décor or move furniture. - Close and lock all doors and windows. Please make a special effort to check all sliding glass doors to ensure they are properly locked. - Make sure to turn off all lights, electronics, and thermostats. - Return all sets of keys and pool passes provided, to our office: 212 Catalina Ave in Avalon.
