Set at the foothills of the Black Mountains, it enjoys panoramic countryside views and offers a peaceful rural escape for families, couples and friends. Living Areas The spacious dining room features a red brick fireplace, piano and large oak table seating eight, ideal for relaxed evenings together. A comfortable living room with a log burner, 55” smart TV and plush seating provides space to unwind, while a cosy snug offers the perfect spot for reading, games, working or watching films. Kitchen The heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen diner, fully equipped with a Belling range cooker, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine and modern essentials. This leads into a beautiful hand-crafted oak sunroom, perfect for morning coffee as sunlight streams in. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Upstairs are four spacious bedrooms: two king rooms with modern en-suite shower rooms, a third king bedroom, and a zip-link super-king that can be arranged as twins. A family bathroom sits between the latter rooms, with an additional shower room downstairs. Nearby villages of Clodock and Longtown in walking distance offer traditional pubs, shops and river swimming. Practicalities Parking for up to four cars, including garage space, plus an EV charger.
