You’ll love it if you like upscale indoor style combined with beautiful outdoor space. 10 acres- 4 meadow and 6 densely wooded with 2 paths along the creek, with lovely poolside space with seating for 16+. Well stocked library, children’s room, indoor/outdoor games. Certified Wildlife Habitat® site with the National Wildlife Federation and Texas Conservation Alliance. The space Welcome to Prancing Horse Estates! This estate is located on 10 private, gated acres close to The Woodlands and Lake Conroe, near Houston. You’ll love it if you like upscale open indoor style combined with beautiful outdoor space with plenty of room for large groups. 4 acres of meadow and 6 acres of beautiful trees with 2 paths to the creek - with lovely space outdoors incl BBQ, pool, waterfall, hot tub, fire pit, seating/dining for 16. We are a national wildlife federation (NFW) certified wildlife habitat property! The home is 1 story, has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, living area, dining area, and family room. There is 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 5 twin beds, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. 1 PAC n play and 1 toddler bed available, as well as air mattresses upon request for pre-approved larger groups. All linens are provided as well as towels and pool towels. The home is fully stocked for family meal prep, outdoor games and scooters/bikes, indoor toys and movies. We can assist with car rental, restaurant reservations, almost any request. We live in a separate home on the acreage. Check in is after 4 pm, check out is at 11 am. A valid photo ID is required via text PRIOR to arrival. All guests must be registered and paid for two days in advance, including any visitors. We also provide a 10% active military and police / fireman discount (ID req). We look forward to your visit! Guest access The entire 4 bedroom home and private pool and meadows and forests. Other things to note All linen in house provided along with pool towels, a BBQ on the pool deck, many outdoor games/pool floats, etc. There is comfortable seating for 16 out back by the private pool, hot tub and waterfall. There is a covered porch in front and covered patio with ceiling fan out back. Pots, pans, dishes, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer provided. Hot tub heat and bubbles wifi controlled, simply request in advance. Many children’s toys and games! A valid photo ID must be provided to us directly 24 hours prior to arrival. We do ask that you leave the property (furniture, toys, games, etc) exactly as you found them, except for used linens or wet pool toys. Thank you!
