Enable wifi calling on your phone and save provided driving directions before arrival. There is a landline phone for local calls and emergencies. Other things to note Rental Rules ~Primary guest must be age 25 or older ~Check in is 4:00 PM-10PM / Check out is 11:00 AM ~No Smoking in or near the Cabin ~Dogs are allowed, with $50 Pet Fee (2 dogs max, rules apply) ~No loud noise or parties ~Absolutely no UTV's, ATV’s, Trailers, or Campers allowed ~Number of guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy as stated in the listing ~It should be noted that our properties are located in a rural and, in some cases, remote area of the Ozarks, where you will find many different forms of wildlife. Raccoons, deer, mice, snakes, eagles, wild hogs, black bear, skunks, and opossums are common, and may be a nuisance at certain times of the year. Other pests such as ants, wasps, mosquitos, spiders, bees, flies, and gnats also live nearby. Each property has a regular/quarterly pest control device, but we cannot guarantee against Guests seeing any animals or pests during their stay and no refunds will be made for this.
