Located minutes off the NY Thruway and I-90, this property is convenient to NYC, the Berkshires, the Hudson River Valley, Tanglewood, and several ski areas. Only about 2 hrs from New York City! Guest access Entire house is yours! Access via smart lock and individual code. PLEASE VERIFY NUMBER OF GUESTS IN PARTY WHILE BOOKING— rates are for parties of FOUR, any additional are $40/per person, per night up to a grand total maximum of SIX guests. Private garage parking for two medium sized vehicles, plus an outdoor spot next to the garage. Unfortunately no additional vehicles are allowed. There is no street parking available. Please DON’T park either across the street or in the large grassy area leading down to the lake— it’s actually a public lake access, and can’t be blocked. You’ll also likely get stuck if the ground is at all wet. Other things to note Three kayaks and several life vests available for renters. Please exercise extreme caution and follow all NY boating regulations. Kids/youth must WEAR a life vest on any boat at all times. Adults must carry a life vest onboard. Please use caution with time in the hot tub. Limit dips to 15 minutes to prevent hyperthermia. Be advised that the effects of alcohol are dangerously increased with hot water submersion. Pregnant women and those with any health concerns, please check with your healthcare provider before using. Owner assumes no liability for water activities. Renter is liable for damage/loss of equipment. Absolutely no fires anywhere but the designated fire pit. Fire pit fires must be attended at all times by a responsible adult. Security cameras in use outside covering both house entrances and interior of garage. No recording devices are inside the house.
