This 4 bedroom, 3 bath will sleep 10 comfortably and has parking for 4 vehicles, or 3 + boat trailer. The 3 main level bedrooms are all furnished with queen size beds and the lower-level bedroom is furnished with a twin-size bed with a pullout sofa. For family and friends looking for togetherness and value, this is the place. Our home sits directly on Copano Bay. Enjoy your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine to the chatter of the gulls, the silence of a calm bay or a cool breeze from our spacious covered decks or the seawall. During morning, afternoon and early evening we are available by text&/or phone to answer questions or offer suggestions. Guests can request as much or as little contact as they wish. Enjoy an early morning kayak ride to exercise and enjoy the solitude and sunrise. An evening exercise on the water provides an excellent opportunity to view the incredible sunsets. You choose! Jet Ski, fish, crab, float on a raft, your choice. The town of Rockport is minutes away. Rockport has a great public beach, restaurants, taverns and even a microbrew. Watch the calendar because there are a number of seasonal celebrations like the Oyster Fest. Take a walk before or after dinner and enjoy a quiet rest on the many available benches and pavilions. Please feel free to bring your watercraft and enjoy this bayfront home. Many of our guests have had great success fishing off the pier and also in our surrounding bays.
