Guest access Check in at the Trailhead Lodge front desk at 1175 Bangtail Way. Standard check-in is at 4pm. Your key card grants access to your unit, the gated parking garage, and the Wildhorse Meadows Athletic Club. The front desk can store your luggage if you arrive early. For after-hours check-in or any security concerns, call Strong Arm Security. For questions during business hours, the front desk is available. Other things to note The Wildhorse Meadows Athletic Club is located on the main floor of the building and is included with your stay. It features a fitness center, locker rooms, and pool and hot tubs (open 10am to 10pm daily). A trash chute and recycling bin room are located on each floor down the hall to the left of the elevator.
