The space This condo is a studio loft with open concept first floor and sleeping loft upstairs, with one bathroom on each floor (upstairs bathroom with jacuzzi tub). There is also a futon in the sitting area on the first floor. Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all dishes and utensils. Guest access Guests have full, exclusive use of the condo and shared access to the laundry, seasonal pool, year-round hot tub, and shared BBQ's The pool is open seasonally from approx Victoria Day weekend through Labour Day weekend The washer/dryer are shared, pay-per-use, and are not located inside the condo. Other things to note - Guests are required to complete a secure online pre check in process that includes providing photo ID and credit card information for the security deposit.
