The open floor plan on the main level hosts the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Upstairs you will find the master bedroom which hosts a king size bed and full-size master bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs hosts a queen size bed and full-size bathroom. The bottom floor offers living space along with the third bedroom, which offers a queen over queen bunk. There are two chairs in the living area that open to twin size sofa beds. From the beautiful gulf views this home has to offer to the spacious living quarters this home is sure to be all you need to make for a perfect beach getaway. The home is within walking distance to Crazy Beach Pizza, Caribbean Coffee, and a few shops. **No smoking & No pets allowed** **All rentals are on a first come first serve basis when booking** CANCELLATION POLICY: A cancellation fee of $200.00 will be charged if you cancel your reservation. Telephone the office as soon as possible in the event you must cancel, change dates or switch properties. Please note that if the reservation is cancelled within 45 days of arrival, we cannot refund your advanced rental payment. Once your reservation is confirmed, any cancellations/date or property changes will be subject to our cancellation policies. Sorry, no refunds for early departures.
