Enjoy outstanding ocean views from the deck of this beautifully maintained beach condo. Ocean Dunes is close enough to Coligny Circle to enjoy all the action, shops, and restaurants, yet far enough to relax to the peaceful sound of ocean waves. Fully furnished, air conditioned and heated. The unit is ultra clean and updated. It has a fully furnished kitchen and adjoining Living/Dining area, two full baths and a balcony. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. An elevator serves all floors. The most important part of the unit is the Balcony where you can watch and hear the ocean waves and view the stars at night. Reaching the beach is very convenient and only 100 yards from the building. As a guest you will have access to the entire unit as well as the ocean front pool and BBQ grills, laundry facilities on each floor, the Spinnaker Health and Fitness center (with indoor pool), the two unit bicycles and of course the beach. Keys will be obtained by my local management company with offices across the street from the unit. Guests are also welcome at the Hilton Poolside Oceanfront Grill and Bar next door. My local management company should be able to assist you with any needs, but you are welcome to call me at any time during your stay. Hilton Head Island is a very family friendly and environmentally conscience community that does not cater to the loud and wild beach crowd. While there is plenty to do on the island, it provides a more sophisticated and mature laid-back and relaxed island experience. To protect the Sea Turtles egg nesting habits there is very little lighting on the island which makes for a very serine and quite evenings where you can actually see the stars without all the light pollution of most tourist areas. The beaches are mostly uncrowded and very accessible. The best mode of transportation is by foot. Everything is in walking distance. This is also a very bike friendly island, so a most guest choose to bring or rent bikes during their stay. You will need to use a car to reach golf courses or to find major department stores or if you decide you want to venture beyond Coligney Circle for your dining and shopping. Only full week (7 night) reservations will be accepted during all holiday weeks and during the summer season with a Saturday check in. Other times require only a minimum 3 night stay. The unit comes with two free bicycles to use during your stay, along with 4 beach chairs and of course a complete set of bath linens, but beach towels are not included. Beach umbrellas and lounge chairs are available for rent at the beach stations.
