A charming house freshly renovated and surrounded by gardens inside a privacy fence is the perfect hideaway in Carmel-by-the-Sea on a quiet tree-lined street a 10 minute walk to town. All one-level inside, the house has a pleasant flow and thoughtful layout. Living Spaces The light filled 800 square- foot 2-bedroom, 2-bath home features a front deck and a large garden. Big windows and a high ceiling give it a spacious ambiance. There is art for your pleasure in all the rooms. There are two living rooms: One near the kitchen has a couch and two footrest/ dining trays, and faces the wall mounted TV. The other is a study or reading area with a couch that can become a twin bed and a comfortable chair with footrest. Kitchen and Dining Here is some information about the kitchen should you decide to eat in: It has a refrigerator, dishwasher, large pantry closet and gas stove. It is well-equipped with pots, pans and dishes you may need to prepare meals to enjoy at the adjacent dining table that easily seats four. The sink looks out on the lovely garden so cleaning up is a pleasure. Well-equipped for extended stays! Bedrooms and Bathrooms Bedroom #1 has a king bed with high quality linens. The en suite bathroom has a shower, vanity and storage. A stacked washer dryer is also located in a closet between the bedroom and bathroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed, closet and a bureau for additional storage. The second full bathroom is located near the living spaces and it has a shower-over-tub. This home sits close to another home, but feels far away and is made to feel more private with strategic fencing and window coverings. We hope you will enjoy your stay. Close to downtown Carmel, and the beach, it is also a 10-minute drive to Pebble Beach, Pacific Grove and Monterey.
