During this time all decking will be removed, waterproofing membrane will be replaced, decking will be replaced, and any damaged decorative wood trim will be restored. Balconies will be accessed by boom lift outside so no interior access is required. The balconies will not be accessible during this time and please expect loud noises during the day as this part of the work is being completed.
