Fully furnished 3 Bedroom, 3 bath Home. Master Bedroom with oversize Soaking tub and walk-in shower. Second Master Bedroom with en-suite full bathroom including oversize bathtub/shower w/wand. The 3rd full bathroom comes off the hall. Open concept Living Room. Kitchen is fully furnished including service for 12, pots and pans, bowls etc., with full size Fridge w/water and ice, glass-top Electric Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Double Sink w/disposal and granite countertops. Two car garage. The space During the Summer there is a community pool just a 5 minute walk from the doorstep. Other things to note Pets allowed upon Approval - Pet Fees apply ($60 per pet plus 8% tax if stay is less than 30 nights). There is a garage door opener hanging on a nail in the garage for your convenience. Please return it at the end of your stay. During the summer there is a community pool available for house guests. The pool access keycard is kept in the top kitchen drawer located to the right of the stove. Please be sure to return it if you use it.
