Guests have exclusive access to this property for the duration of their rental. Wherever possible, we are now using “green” cleaning products that are healthier for our vacationing families. We have transitioned to recycled paper products at all of our Hamptons vacation home rentals. As we replace kitchen and laundry room appliances, we are upgrading to Energy Star certified products for their efficiency. Lastly, we have chosen a sanitation company (Winters Brothers) which separates and recycles garbage at its own specialized sorting facility while saving you precious vacation time.
