The space "The Vacationer" is a stunning, bright, white, 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home with vaulted ceilings and a beautiful, heated swimming pool. This extremely stylish and appealing property features two recently renovated modern bathrooms with custom marble tiling and Grohe bath fixtures, a pristine natural cedar Swedish sauna, central air conditioning, two flat screen TVs, and ultra high speed wireless internet access and is ideally located near the end of a quiet cul de sac in the beautiful village of East Hampton. The setting offers a combination of privacy and proximity to the boutiques, outdoor cafes, art galleries, tennis courts, etc. in the village and is just minutes to five outstanding ocean beaches. One can stroll to all the attractions in the village or bicycle to one of its gorgeous, world-renowned beaches within minutes. Quite simply "The Vacationer" lives up to its name. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to this property for the duration of their rental. Other things to note The rental rate for rentals less than 28 days is inclusive of all utilities (e.g. central air, WiFi, flat screen tvs with streaming capability, professional pool and garden maintenance, etc.) and all other costs with the exception of the final cleaning fee, tax, and pool heating (optional). For rentals of 28 days or more we offer significant monthly discounts. Please note that utilities, care of the grounds, pool cleaning/maintenance, snow/ice removal, and garbage pick up are extra. There is no county tax on rentals of 30 days or more but NY state sales tax is applied to all rentals less than 90 days. For all stays longer than two weeks, interim cleanings are required and are additional. The pool will be closed during the colder months. Please inquire about pool opening during April and early May. If the home requires extra cleaning after departure, additional cleaning charges will be the responsibility of the guest.
