The junior suite is completed with a king-size bed and queen-size bed, accompanied by a custom bathroom with both a steam shower and a sauna! Bedroom #3 comfortably accommodates four single size beds and bedroom #4 and #5 provide both queen and single size beds. For the ultimate movie experience, retreat to your executive video room equipped with a custom home theater. The chef-quality kitchen with Viking Commercial Stove offers custom appliances, granite countertops, cabinetry and a double-sided wood-burning fireplace. After a long day on the slopes, soak in the eight-person hot tub spa and take in the breathtaking mountain views from your heated outdoor deck. Guest access You'll have exclusive access to the main house with contactless check-in and check-out for your convenience. The main house and the apartment above the garage are completely separate from each other and share no common space. They each have their own private hot tub. The garage is not available for guests. Relax on your private deck, complete with a BBQ grill and an outdoor hot tub (setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December). Ski-in / ski-out access is just across the yard on the Great Eastern Trail, weather permitting. Other things to note This property is located off Great Eastern Ski Trail in Killington, Vermont! This listing is for the main house. There is a second private apartment above the garage that may be rented to other guests. The two units do not share any common interior space, and each has its own separate hot tub. You may book both units together through our other listing. • Want to save on your ski trip? Early/late season trail conditions are weather-dependent, and neither the host nor property manager is responsible for these conditions. Reservations cannot be canceled due to weather or lack of snow. For up-to-date trail information, visit the Killington Resort website before booking. Your dates may fall under early/late season rates. • Exclusive for Ski On Ski Off guests, we offer private shuttle services from the house to the ski lifts and town for an additional charge. Contact us for details. • The private hot tub’s ready for you on peak ski season weekends (late-Dec to mid-Mar). Outside those dates, there’s a $195 setup fee if you’d like it. You understand use of hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless. • Pets are allowed with payment of our non-refundable pet fee per dog. • We’ll send you smart lock codes for easy, contactless check-in and check-out. • We’re flexible with check-in/out times when possible, and guaranteed options may be available for an extra charge. • You'll need to e-sign our rental agreement after booking. • You must be 25 or older to book this property. Parties and events are not allowed. • For your peace of mind, there's cameras on the exterior of the property that are capable of recording all the time. No indoor cameras, promise! • Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We may use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. No weather-related refunds, so we recommend travel insurance.
