1 Bedroom home, with great long-range mountain views. Quiet wooded lot. Great fire pit area. Close to great trails for hiking, ATVs. The house is located on a dirt road. There is parking for at least 4 cars, but a large trailer may be difficult to park. There MAY be a FIRE BAN when you are interested in coming. I will have a sign on the fire pit if I know there is a ban in place. The space Peaceful. The house is perfectly located. Secluded but a quick drive to the area. I loved creating this awesome modern but rustic decor. With lots of handmade juniper furniture throughout. Most of which, we picked out the wood pieces at local Mills. And, my husband assisted creating. Guest access The property is located next to the Tonto national Forest. There are plenty of places all around the property to explore. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Children under 12 are restricted from coming to my home. The reason is that there is steep inclines on this property and they can be hurt. And, inside my home is custom furniture my husband help build. Any damage to the furniture would be very heartbreaking to me, and very expensive to the guests. I have made occasional exceptions to this policy, so if you want to assume the risk (medical, as well as, financial for any injury or damage) then please contact me. It is a great place to bring a family, but I just don't want young ones hurt! DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOUSE! Please use coasters to protect the wood furniture. You are welcome to bring your pets. If you are going to bring your dog(s) with you, please contact me before booking. There is a pet fee that is now required to be added to the rental fee. DOGS and wild animals: This home is next to the forest and neighbors do not always keep their dogs fenced and they are allowed to run around the area. The pets are generally friendly and RARELY come by. However, you need to be aware that I can not control the wildlife or neighbor dogs. If you decide to bring your pet, there is a small fenced area behind the house that you can use, but I do not recommend you allowing your dog to run around freely.
