It is located between both Sugar and Beech Mountain Resorts and 7 minutes to fabulous Banner Elk restaurants and in between Beech and Sugar Mountain Ski Resorts. There are plenty of areas to congregate with family and friends, or just spend a romantic time together enjoying the quiet and the views from the deck or in the hot tub at sunset. On the upper level you have your king bedroom with outdoor access to the screened in deck area, upper deck, hot tub, sauna and spa room. The spa room is equipped with an electric heater, mini fridge, Bluetooth, towels for the hot tub, essential oil dispenser and battery operated candles for evening ambiance. You also have a queen bedroom, bath, kitchen, dining and living room with cozy stone fireplace on the main level of the home. A washer and dryer are on this level as well. Down the stairs you will find a desk with chair and a door to the downstairs queen bed and living room suite, bath with stone shower and a kitchen. This level also has outdoor deck access. Each bedroom has a closet for hanging and storing your belongings. Down the outdoor stairs, you have access to the detached gameroom and firepit area. Both living areas and all bedrooms have smart TVs. Wifi service is excellent. Each area is equipped with seperate A/C and heating for your comfort. We provide quality linens, plush towels, extra blankets and throws. Soaps, shampoo and conditioner are available in the baths. In the main kitchen you'll find everything you should need to prepare your family meals. We offer sugar, oil, spices and coffee to get you started! There is a gas grill and a charcoal grill on the deck. The area has so much to offer! With restaurants, wineries and breweries, waterfalls and hiking trails, antique shopping, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, fishing, art galleries, extreme cycling, golf, snow skiing and winter activities, local crafts and festivals within minutes. We are located between Beech and Sugar Mountain Ski resorts with activities for kids and adults alike. Wildcat Lake is within 5 minutes for swimming and a fishing pier, reel in that trout for dinner! Banner Elk itself is a charming town with great food and a small-town atmosphere. We are 7 minutes to fabulous restaurants and between Beech and Sugar Mountain Ski Resorts! Boone and Blowing Rock are close by for excellent dining and shopping experiences. See Ashe County Cheese being made in nearby West Jefferson. You will find farm to table restaurants, local crafts and produce. Visit orchards, alpaca farms and choose and cut your own Christmas tree! There are gem mines in the area and Tweetsie Railroad is a popular family attraction. The list goes on! This liability shall extend to all members of Guest's party In consideration of being able to rent and stay at the property, you agree on your own behalf, your family, any and all guests or invitees that you are fully responsible for any and all risks of injury or death.
