The space The guest house features a fully equipped kitchen and laundry room complete with new full size front load washer and dryer. The master bedroom has one queen bed, the second bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom has an access door from the master bedroom and a secondary access door from an adjacent hallway. A large living and dining area allows for a casual comfortable relaxation or dining experience. The exterior of the guest house features an in-ground full sized swimming pool complete with extensive patio furniture, bar furniture and large shading umbrellas. There is a full sized propane fueled barbecue perfect for family and friends gathering around the pool side. Guest access Our guests have the freedom to enjoy the pool area, horse stables, grounds and hiking trails. Having three rentals on the same property allows guests the opportunity to hold large family or corporate gatherings. For parties of 10 or more an event fee will be applicable. The event fee will be dependent upon the number of expected guests.
