Alpine Tee Time

This spacious home has fantastic views from the over sized decks. You will find a full size kitchen upstairs and a kitchenette in the game room. The space Tee Time is great place to be with friends and family. With a King bed with bath upstairs and a two bedroom suite with kitchenette and game room downstairs, guests can enjoy time together and have the option to be on separate floors when quiet or privacy is desired. The main floor has a well equipped kitchen, sitting area, sun room and deck. There are both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your convenience. The master king bedroom and ensuite bath are located just off the living room. The walk-in shower has a step down, making for easy access. This bedroom features an armchair, television and a sliding glass door that leads out to a deck. The downstairs space has a king bedroom and a queen bedroom. The downstairs bathroom in the hall has a tub/shower combination serving the king bedroom. The back queen bedroom opens onto the deck and has it's own bathroom. Enjoy time together in the game room equipped with kitchenette, a gas fire stove, and lots of games including checkers, a pool table, a game table, and darts. (The futon in the images has been removed.) The washer and dryer are located behind the folding doors next to the kitchenette. There is a deck on the lower level that has a swing and hot tub and on the upper level a gas grill and picnic table. • Minimum Age Requirement: Alpine Tee Time is a Luxury Property and is available to families or to guests 25 years or older. • Parking: Space is available for 3 vehicles. Trailers and RV's are not allowed. • Access: The roads are paved all the way to the property. • Pets: Pets are Not allowed. • Security Disclosure: There is a camera at the front door at Alpine Tee Time. • Location: 2.5 miles to downtown Helen. Other things to note Georgia Mountain Rentals will be in contact with you to ask for your physical address and email address. Airbnb only shares your name and phone number on the reservation. Once we have the addresses, we will send you a Reservation Confirmation and our Guest Agreement in the form of an Adobe Sign document. We will ask for your signature in a couple of places, a guest list with the names and ages of each person staying at one of our properties and a copy of the front of your driver’s license. This confirms that you have read and accept the terms of our Guest Agreement. This is standard procedure and mandatory for all reservations.
