Accommodation: This simple yet cozy cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area with a rocking and reclining loveseat, a luxurious king-sized bed, and a bathroom with a stand-up shower and vanity. Amenities: Enjoy modern conveniences such as a Keurig Duo coffee maker(pods & grounds), flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player, free wireless internet, and a covered hot tub on the deck. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare delicious meals for your loved one in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Keurig coffee maker for brewing your favorite blends. Whether you're cooking up a simple breakfast or a romantic dinner, you'll find everything you need to satisfy your culinary desires. Comfortable Sleeping Area: Drift off to sleep in the plush comfort of the king-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep so you can wake up refreshed and ready to take on the day's adventures. Community Amenities: Just a block away, you'll find the community swimming pool, where you can take a refreshing dip and soak up the sunshine on warm summer days (seasonal use). Cleanliness Guarantee: We take pride in providing a clean and welcoming cabin for our guests, ensuring that you'll always find Honeymoon Sweet in pristine condition upon your arrival. For your safety & security, there is a camera on the exterior of this cabin pointing down the exterior steps that you must access to get in to this cabin. There are no other cameras and nothing that would impede on your privacy. IMPORTANT: Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check in or outs on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day PETS We do not accept pets in any of our cabins without specific written approval from management. Only those dogs that have specific and formal training as a SERVICE dog will be allowed in our cabins. Emotional support animals are not accepted. Check-In: *3pm - there is NO check-in office, you go straight to the cabin Check-Out: *10am - Please follow our check out guidelines. Fireplaces: *On During: October 1st - April 1st FEES: The management company of this cabin charges a $20 per stay Damage Waiver Fee to every customer. It is automatically included in your rate. This covers our guests for up to $350 worth of accidental damage should damage occur during their stay. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $350 REFUNDABLE damage deposit. Common Concerns: *Road Conditions: Some of our cabins are on steep, narrow, curvy, mountain roads. If you are concerned about road conditions to get to a cabin, please feel free to ask us! None of our cabins require a 4 wheel drive under normal weather conditions but some do in inclement weather. *TV & WiFi: We do have TV's and WiFi in most all of our cabins. There are times when heavy cloud cover, weather systems, mountains, or trees will cause problems with the signals. We always want our guests to have the comforts they want on vacation, but there are times we cannot control this problem. *Pests & Wildlife: Here in the Smoky Mountains, we have lots of native bugs and wildlife. All of our cabins are treated for pests, but there are times you will find bugs or even have trouble with bugs. Fall/Winter is ladybug season in the Smokies and these little buggers are attracted to heat, meaning your cabin and every other one out there that is warm! They will swarm to the cabin and you'll probably see them alive/dead on windowsills, in vents, etc. Rest assured that your cabin has regular pest control and is professionally cleaned, including bug removal, before and after your stay. However, these bugs come back right away and unfortunately there is nothing that can be done about them until the season passes. Please never feed, taunt or approach any wildlife. This is their home and we are the visitors. *There are no refunds for storms or power outages. If there is a power outage, there will be no water and potentially no heat. Storms can also make roads impassable, so if a storm is in the forecast during your reservation, come prepared with water and non-perishable food, etc. Guest access Entire cabin
