Located in the South Beach area of Sea Pines on the first floor of a five-story building, just steps to the pool and beach, When entering the villa, you will find the master bedroom located on the right side. The bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, DVD, VCR, and a sliding door that leads out to the private balcony overlooking the pool and beyond. The bath has a tub/shower combo with a double vanity. The second bedroom is located on the left-hand side, which makes a great separation for two couples or families. This bedroom has two queen beds and a TV. The private bath has a tub/shower combo with a double vanity. This bedroom also gives you access to the balcony and steps to the pool and beach. The main living area opens onto the large balcony, providing picturesque views, and steps down to the pool and out to the beach. The large windows and sliding doors allow views inside, making the living area bright and cheerful. The living room has a sofa, a loveseat, and two extra chairs for plenty of seating.
