The living room offers a large couch with plenty of seating, as well as a 65 inch Smart TV including cable. An additional Smart TV with cable is included in one of the Master bedrooms. We live less than two miles from the property and will happily be available for you whenever the need may arise. This home is also two blocks from Starbucks. 10 second walk to our favorite wine shop, Primo's. Fort Lauderdale International Airport is only 3.5 miles away. While the home does have parking space for 4 mid-sized cars. If you choose to use local transportation, given the proximity to downtown, you will have an Uber within 4 minutes.
