The first bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and a queen sleeper in the living area to sleep 6 comfortably. The cottage offers cable and Wi-Fi, BBQ grill, decent sized backyard, outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and 1 car off- street parking pad. Guest access The guests enjoy a private entrance leading to the living, dining, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bath, off-street parking behind the home. Other things to note Rentals include furnishings, linens, kitchen equipment, appliances, heating and air conditioning. What to bring: A. We do not furnish foods of any kind such as seasonings, condiments, etc., grilling supplies such as fluid, charcoal, personal soaps such as shampoo body wash, etc. or cleaning supplies such as dish soap, laundry soap, etc. B. A "starter" supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. are in each unit, the renter is responsible for additional products during their stay. C.
