Sugar Mountain Resort is just steps away from this condo, where you'll find an outdoor skating rink, snow tubing, mountain bike tours, and a full golf course (weather permitting). There are plenty of local restaurants in close proximity, including Bella’s Italian Restaurant, Highlander's Grill & Tavern, Pedalin Pig BBQ, Luna Thai & Sushi, Valle de Bravo Mexican, Reid's Cafe, as well as a Subway and McDonalds. You’re also just a few minutes drive from the Alpine Wilderness Mountain rollercoaster! Sightseeing is plentiful in this area as well, such as the Foggy Mountain Gem Mine and the Mile High Swinging Bridge. Best of all, you have a direct view of Grandfather Mountain from the living room, kitchen/dining room, and back deck patio! The deck also overlooks the Sugar Mountain ski resort, and you can watch people skiing and snowboarding! This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
