This tropical paradise is home to friendly raccoons, iguanas, foxes, parrots, and squirrels. They’re adorable, but please don’t feed them! Keep food sealed and garage doors closed at night to avoid curious visitors. You may also meet our friendly outdoor cats: Kale and Princess. Both stay mostly outside; guests can feed them if they wish. The house remains comfortable for guests with allergies. Pool Area: Guests can enjoy access to the refreshing pool during their stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay. Guest access ➤ Please note that some belongings are securely stored in taped closets and the garage. Other than that, guests have full access to the entire property and all its amenities. Other things to note ➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs. ➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee. ➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
