**ONE WEEK MINIMUM booking for July 4th**. I look forward to welcoming visitors to this ground floor apartment with a million $ view. Wildlife is abundant looking across the bay to Campobello Island - whales, eagles, deer and foxes can be spotted from the deck! Short level walk to downtown Eastport. 1 bedroom unit is perfect for a couple, couple w/child or solo traveler. Dog considered with $50 pet fee (per booking, 2 pets max), please advise host before booking - thanks! The space You will have a one bedroom, ground floor unit in duplex, including deck with grill and outdoor seating. Plus a million dollar view! Guest access Ground floor unit in duplex, deck and washer/dryer. Washer/dryer is shared with upstairs apartment. Other things to note I live in the apartment upstairs (house is a duplex). I have 2 small dogs (Otis and Bella).
