The space You will have a one bedroom, ground floor unit in duplex, including deck with grill and outdoor seating. Plus a million dollar view! Guest access Ground floor unit in duplex, deck and washer/dryer. Washer/dryer is shared with upstairs apartment. Other things to note I live in the apartment upstairs (house is a duplex). I have 2 small dogs (Otis and Bella).
